I'm an operational and financial leader with experience building and scaling businesses. I built a holding company and took it public, and now I own the SEC filing and audit prep process for smaller public companies while helping digital business buyers, founders, and funds make better decisions.
My work sits at the intersection of operations and finance — helping people see clearly what they're buying, building, or running, and then doing something about it.
What I Do
I work with smaller public companies, digital business buyers, founders, and investment funds on four core areas:
- SEC filing & audit prep — Owning the 10-Q and 10-K process end to end, building out supporting documentation, and coordinating between management, auditors, counsel, accountants and other specialists so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Operator-led due diligence — Going beyond the spreadsheet to understand what's really happening in a business before you buy it.
- Post-acquisition integration support — Helping new owners navigate the transition and build the operational foundation for growth.
- Digital business value creation — Identifying and executing the levers that drive sustainable value in digital businesses.
